meet Vicky Milne, RMT
I am graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University. I firmly believe that evidence-based massage therapy is an integral part of any health care regime. Whether it be for injury prevention, injury rehabilitation or purely for relaxation - massage can benefit everyone. I am a body positive and LGBTQ2S+ practitioner.
I have completed four full marathons on two different continents along with numerous half marathons and 10k’s. Due to injuries, I decided to take a dip into the world of triathlons, learning to swim as an adult and rekindling my love of cycling. You can find me riding 100km+ rides on my beloved single speed Bianchi just for fun. I am acutely aware of the effects that high levels of activity can have on the human body therefore I carefully listen to my patients and consider all of their biomechanical and physiological needs before implementing an individualized treatment plan to help assist in their goals and aspirations.
I have worked with a wide range of patients including athletes at the Invictus Games, Toronto Waterfront and Goodlife Marathons, and Toronto Triathlon Festival. Along with these experiences, I have treated patients with a variety of nervous system disorders, seniors and pregnant persons. I am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Co-owner, Registered Physiotherapist, Sport Physiotherapist
A native of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Prior to this, I studied at the University of Toronto, completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Music History and Culture. I have the privilege of working as lead physiotherapist with Volleyball Canada Senior Women’s Indoor National Team. I have also worked as a sessional instructor with the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education, as well as a Clinical Instructor for the University of Toronto’s Master of Physical Therapy Program.
I was a competitive cross-country skier for much of my life. I understand the dedication and commitment it takes to be a high performance athlete, and the importance of keeping your body operating at an optimal level. I now spend much of my time training for long distance running races, and have extensive experience helping clients who have similar endurance sport based goals. I love to work with running, jumping and throwing sports injuries, and in particular enjoy working with athletes returning to sport after a surgery (for example, ACL repairs, Achilles’ repairs, shoulder labrum tears, and many more!)

Meet Alan Chan
I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after completing my Master of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. During my time at the University of Ottawa, I worked in the Navigation Laboratory investigating postural control in older adults and the effects of attentional focus on athletic performance. I went on to publish my work in Gait and Posture, and the International Journal of Kinesiology and Sport Science.
I am passionate and committed to using an evidence-based approach to help my patients from all walks of life return to activities that are meaningful to them. Using my firm understanding of biomechanics and my background in competitive Tae Kwon Do and Powerlifting, I also love to help my clients fine tune their bodies for high performance sports. Doing so requires a strong therapeutic relationship, so you can be sure I will always listen closely to what you have to say.
In my spare time, you can find me in the weight room training for my next Powerlifting meet, cheering on my favourite E-sports athletes, or hanging out with my corgi, Monster!

Growing up as a highly active individual myself and working with various elite athletes and sports teams during my university and post graduate education, I have developed a strong interest in sport injury, performance, and women’s health.
I graduated from Queen’s University in 2017 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Kinesiology. Then, went on to obtain my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Following this I completed a Contemporary Neurofunctional Acupuncture course at McMaster University.
My passion for helping people extends beyond the clinic. I am dedicated to providing high-quality care, restoring and enhancing your overall function, and empowering you to realize your potential by recognizing that you are more capable than you think.
My treatment style is tailored to each patient and their individual goals. I focus on identifying the root cause of issues and working from there. I strongly believe in the importance of patients taking an active role in their healthcare, and I strive to provide the tools you need to achieve that.
When I’m not treating you can find me in the gym, enjoying time with family and friends or planning my next adventure. Can’t wait to see you in clinic!

Meet Manisha Wijay
I completed my Master of Physical Therapy at the University for Toronto. Prior to this, I graduated from the
University of Guelph with my Bachelor of Science with Honours in Bio-medical Science. My goal is to use
the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my education to help my clients optimize their health and well-being.
I believe in taking a comprehensive approach to therapy by incorporating a balance of hands-on treatment,
such as manual therapy, with exercise-based therapy, to ensure that my clients have the ability to maintain
their health and function throughout their course of recovery.
I’ve also developed a passion for helping people maintain or regain their pelvic health after experiencing
things like pregnancy, prolapse and incontinence. Treating the pelvic floor adds to the concept of taking a
holistic approach to optimizing health, as the pelvic floor can often be over-looked.
I aim to practice what I encourage my clients to do, so I strive to stay active throughout daily life by running,
lifting weights and when the weather permits, playing tennis and hiking!
